• MC2 Pro membership with access to all content

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Gumroad. By making a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Subscriptions (MC2 Pro Membership)

MC2 Pro membership is billed monthly at $197/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

• Digital Products & Individual Courses: 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
• MC2 Pro Membership: Cancel anytime. If you cancel within 14 days of initial signup, we'll refund the current month.
• Corporate Training: Custom refund terms in corporate agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on MC2 Estimating Academy - including courses, videos, templates, guides, text, graphics, logos, and software - is owned by MC2 Estimating Academy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

When you purchase a product or course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view course content for your personal or business use
• Download and use templates in your own business operations
• Print materials for your own reference

5.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell our courses or content
• Copy or reproduce course videos or materials for others
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our content
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Share your login credentials with others

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, reviews, questions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MC2 ESTIMATING ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
